DJ Quik comes from another lane entirely. Live instrumentation. Funk. West Coast bounce. Rich basslines. Impeccable musicianship. Whether producing for himself or artists like Snoop Dogg, 2nd II None, Janet Jackson, or Tupac, Quik’s fingerprints are all over Hip Hop history.

So what happens when those worlds collide?
